We record classes for internal quality assurance, ensuring our teachers excel and our curriculum reflects authentic Islamic teachings. To respect the privacy of both teachers and students, recordings by students (audio or video) are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding and trust in advance.
Valuing time is a noble virtue in Islam, and we appreciate your cooperation in creating a respectful learning environment.
- Each month, we will help you set your lesson schedule via WhatsApp or your preferred method. Please accept the calendar invitations for your classes and set reminders (e.g., 30 minutes prior) to ensure you’re prepared and on time.
- Please, join the virtual classroom at least two minutes early with all required materials. Classes will start promptly, and if you are absent, the teacher will wait for 15 minutes before marking the class as missed. Teachers are not required to
extend sessions due to late arrivals.
- If your teacher is absent at the scheduled time, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are committed to making your learning journey productive.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you can’t attend a class, please notify our support team at least four hours in advance.
We consider the following as excused absences:
● Illness
● The loss of an immediate family member (may Allah have mercy on them)
● Essential appointments (e.g., medical)
● Unavoidable work or school conflicts (with prior notice)
● National holidays
● Unexpected technical issues (internet, Zoom, computer problems)
If you have an excused absence, you can either receive a full refund for the missed session(s) or reschedule your class within one week. Remember, excused absences cannot exceed 25% of your total classes for the course.
Absences not covered by the specified categories or without at least 4 hours’ notice will be considered unexcused. In these cases, rescheduling or refunds are not available. Thank you for your understanding, as this policy ensures fairness for everyone.
If a teacher cannot attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will minimize disruption to your learning. We will reschedule your session within one week at a convenient time for you, free of charge. If a suitable time cannot be arranged, we will provide a full refund for the missed class.We are dedicated to treating you fairly and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
We offer group classes with up to five students for a collaborative learning experience. If you’re interested in joining, please let us know when you enroll. For excused absences, we cannot reschedule missed classes, but we will refund the fee for
that session.

- All conversations between students and teachers should remain professional and focused on the course material.
- Sharing personal information is strictly prohibited for everyone’s safety.
- Teachers are not permitted to request personal information, favors, gifts, or financial assistance from students under any circumstances.
- For your protection and to uphold our quality standards, students and teachers are not allowed to conduct private lessons outside the Academy’s platform.
- If you have any concerns or complaints about a teacher’s conduct or any breach of professional boundaries, please contact us immediately by email. We take these matters very seriously.
- Please note that the Academy cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred if these policies are disregarded.

1. Billing and Subscriptions
- Tuition invoices are issued at the start of each subscription period.
- To ensure uninterrupted access to your studies, your subscription will automatically renew on the scheduled renewal date.
- If you wish to pause or cancel your studies, please let us know before your next billing date.
- Any changes to your subscription plan will take effect in the following billing cycle.
2. Makeup Sessions
- We offer a makeup session or a tuition refund for any missed class, provided you give us at least 4 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, requests made with less than 4 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Note: AynulYaqeen Academy reserves the right to make periodic adjustments to tuition fees. We’ll always notify you in advance of any changes, insha’Allah.
During Ramadan, rest assured, we strive to avoid scheduling your classes during iftar or Taraweeh, so there might be slight adjustments to class schedules.
The Academy will be closed for Eid, enabling our teachers, staff, and students to celebrate with their families and communities. May Allah accept our good deeds during these
blessed days.
